Rob Lynn
President & Owner
Mr. Lynn, a successful industry veteran has been instrumental in building the Company’s sales, marketing, and client service platform. Mr. Lynn served previously as President of the New England Chapter of Professional Employer Organizations (PEO) and as chairman of the New England Government Affairs Committee for NAPEO.
Prior to joining Total Team Solutions, Mr. Lynn had a successful career in commercial banking. Mr. Lynn received a degree in business from Lake Forest College and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
John W. Morlock
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Morlock has been the Chief Financial Officer of Total Team Solutions since February 2004. During his time at Total Team, Mr. Morlock has worked to strengthen financial controls and streamline processes to improve fiscal and operating efficiencies at the company. He is also directly involved in the negotiations of key vendor relationships.
Previously, Mr. Morlock was the Controller for Zanett Inc., a publicly traded IT consulting and outsourcing company headquarterd in New York with operations in multiple cities across the United States. In addition to overseeing all accounting functions for the corporation, Mr. Morlock was also a member of the corporate development team and led all due diligence for potential acquisitions. Prior to that, Mr. Morlock held positions of increasing responsibility managing the internal audit and corporate financial reporting functions at Texaco and then as Director of Merger and Acquisition Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked on more than 40 transactions ranging invalue from $20 million to $4 billion.
Mr. Morlock graduated from Bucknell University with a degree in accounting and earned his Masters of Business Administration in finance from the Leonard Stern School of Business at New York University.
Donna C. Kakadeles
Human Resources Manager
Ms. Kakadeles has been the Human Resources Manager for Total Team since 2006. Her primary responsibility is to help clients find cost effective solutions to their unique human resource challenges. She has developed a wide range of human resource programs and policies including but not limited to Employee Handbooks, Human Resource Audits, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Compensation Management and providing guidance on specific disciplinary action needs.
Ms. Kakadeles has over twenty five years experience in the human resource field. Mrs. Kakadeles attended Western CT State University and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management of Western CT.
