A Total Team Solutions representative will utilize this time to get a better understanding of your business needs and introduce examples of how a partnership with TTS will bring value to your organization. The information provided will further help TTS to better understand your industry, corporate culture, and expectations.
Upon agreement, the required information for a proposal will be gathered so that Total Team Solutions can properly identify the services desired and to establish a competitively priced and comprehensive proposal.
Once the proposal is developed, a more formal meeting will be arranged. The primary purpose of this meeting will be to review the requested services and answer any further questions.
Implementation & Orientation
Once you’ve decide to partner with Total Team Solutions, we will develop an implementation plan for our services. Critical to the successful transition to TTS will be the introduction of your dedicated service team and the establishment of our service commitment to your organization.
Critical to successful implementation is the communication & education to your employees regarding the changes that will directly be beneficial to them.
